A significant amount of the FG/Labour or whoever would have done the same brigade are willing or unwitting carriers of the only remianing Fianna Fail policy. The Ind/Sindo has played this card for a decade and a half.

until we get educated people from the private sector involved things wont improve

Like all the buckos who were let run wild by McCreevyHarneyBertie from 1997 to 2007 ?

Educated people from the private sector to run the country? ;D - - what a crock.

Even at this stage it would appear that most people who will vote in the next election, will vote for politicians/parties who are fully au fait with the handing over the state guarantee, piling hundreds on billions onto the sovereign debt, handing over the cash reserves, punitive austerity measures on the people and selling off what remains of state owned assets, all in order  to bail out EU banks.
Clearly the self destruct madness has not yet left the country.
Have some nice smart Fine Gael politician, who appears to the gullible  to be a bit smarter and cleaner than the smelly crass FF lot, have them do exactly what FF would do. What an excellent plan ::)

At least Labour make some noise about renegotiation, but I would not accept their word until they swear by it, regardless of whether they are the main party or in a coalition.
