The oilers get over the line. I'm a stars fan so buzzing so far. I'd fancy them against the oilers but over 7 games it's so hard to predict.

Quote from: Ghost on May 06, 2024, 10:30:43 PMThe downfall of Casemiro is getting sad to watch at this stage. He's there for another 2 years on 350k a week so he'll probably feel alright about it.Real Madrid do not sell key players when they are still good
Quote from: Brendan on May 05, 2024, 08:29:35 AMA few years ago they had a jersey with the UVF colours. Umbro had to stop promoting it.Quote from: marty34 on May 05, 2024, 07:52:14 AMQuote from: Brendan on May 05, 2024, 07:24:25 AMNot sure which three is right for this but it seems pretty appropriate, does Linfield normally have such a colourful array of flags for their games are is it just because they were playing a "Catholic team"?
They were sent packing regardless.
3rd goal, to finish it off, was great.
Fans should have been sent packing, can you really claim to be commemorating the 1913 UVF at a football match?
Quote from: marty34 on May 03, 2024, 07:03:11 PMI think in a way, the OO marching in these towns and villages is people don't care any more. No major flashpoints now apart from the interfaces and urban areas. This is exactly it. Where I'm from
Nationalism has won. It's all about the demographics now and that has swung hugely in the past 5 years and in 10 years say, it'll be massive.
These parades are more to be pitied than laughed at. They know their place now in the small rual areas, especially west of the Bann. A tiddly wee band with a few old men in bowler hats marching behind.
A sad sight.
Quote from: Milltown Row2 on April 27, 2024, 06:10:24 PMThink they mentioned that keeper had an injury signalled to ref but played on and then when the Liverpool picked up the ball the ref blew,The whistle went as gakpo ran up I believe. I just think it's ridiculous. A Manchester ref does Liverpool games. So what if he doesn't support city or united. I'm sure half his family does
Stuart Pearse did say he should have put ball in net and ask the question.
But it's definitely not because he's from Manchester ffs
Quote from: Milltown Row2 on April 27, 2024, 05:52:50 PMWhat did they say then ? Was he supposed to blow for time wasting?Quote from: markl121 on April 27, 2024, 05:50:20 PMQuote from: Milltown Row2 on April 27, 2024, 05:28:37 PMSo he's probably just incompetent thenQuote from: markl121 on April 27, 2024, 05:22:03 PMQuote from: gawa316 on April 27, 2024, 05:12:09 PMIs Taylor in the shit? What was he doing? Gakpo should've put the ball away regardlessWhistle had gone. West Ham would have said "we stopped playing" question is why did the whistle go. Almost like manchesters Anthony Taylor might not like the reds
Clutching
I was listening on the radio and they explained it well enough.
