game will surely have to be replayed? Result affects too many other teams?

If this is the case then a team who are losing can have a man lie down, pretend to be injured - request an ambulance and get the game abandoned. Fair enough nice to know

Pattern of events last night in the Galbally v Ardboe Game

10 Mins left to play in the second half and Galbally are about to go 11 points up from a short free
Galbally forward goes short, goal chance is on when there is a collision between Ardboe keeper and his own midfielder
Keeper is able to pull off a save AFTER the collision the proceeds to lie down
Ardboe manager runs straight to the referee and shouts 'Call an Ambulance' then goes to see how his player is
Keeper remains lying on the field for over an hour until ambulance comes
Meantime Ardboe players walk of the field including their well known manager and go home roughly around 10 mins after the initial incident with no concern for the 'seriously injured' keeper
Galbally offer to play the remainder of the game under lights - Ardboe don't agree and offer a point each
Keeper is later released from the hospital with a stiff neck!

Lets discuss what YOU would do if you were manager and what players YOUD play with the system you'd implement!

Here is my Team

Alternative Tyrone Team/Tactics

1. Niall Morgan - No Free Kick Duties - Still the best keeper in Tyrone
2. Mick Mc Kernan - The New Ricey
3. HP Mc Geary - Big Strong - Plays 3 for his club - Natural defender
4. Padraig Hampsey - Strong - Mean and a natural defender
5. Toss Up Between P Harte and Mc Cann - Probably Peter Harte given he is a better defender
6. Jonathan Munroe - Strong - Huge Miss to this team - Nasty - Would have developed into another gormley
7. Meyler - Exceptional Engine Has to start - needs to become a nasty bast**d
8. Colm Cavanagh - When Fit a tremendous footballer - play him as a midfielder not a sweeper - release him to get scores
9. Richard Donnelly - potential to get us a few scores and a big engine
10. Niall Sludden - Can Score and work - hard to mark
11. Mark Bradley - Best Forward in Tyrone - Fantastic Movement - Get this man on the ball in our half
12. Frank Burns - Can Kick a score - need men in the half forward line that can score and win their own ball, provide a presence - scores a lot for Pomeroy
13. Conor Mc Aliskey - will only get stronger following knee surgery
14. Mattie Donnelly - we are looking scores and presence in the full forward line - this man would give us another dimension - also wouldn't solo as much and hold play up
15. Lee Brennan - Free Kicks, would get more room if the focus was on Donnelly and Mc Alis

Simple task - name the best front six in Tyrone based on their ability to score..likewise name the best 6 defenders based nnrheir ability to defend..don't think about systems - fitness etc...jus the ability to score

There is not a chance people will stand up to Mickey. Clubs will do as they are told, players will continue to train like monkeys, managers will continue to earn huge sums of cash whilst clubs fundraise tirelessly to pay them!

General discussion / Negative Equity NI
February 28, 2018, 05:00:11 PM
Im looking for some advice or someone who had dealt with a company in Belfast Negative Equity NI

Basically my situation is this.  I have a house jointly owned with a friend which is in Negative Equity. Mortgage @ 130k value @ £80k - £100k so we went for a meeting with these guys in Belfast to see what my options where.  They have proposed that that we make an Informal Settlement with the bank.  Basically we instruct them to sell the house, and then they negotiate an informal settlement with the bank.  So instead of paying back the 30 - 50k  difference it would be between 6K and 10K.

I am however very sceptical off these guys because normally if something is too good to be true - it normally is. I currently have a home in my own name where my family are living and my friend has the same setup.

The other option which I probably will go through with is selling it an making up the difference ourselves.

Just looking to get some info on these guys..  ???

Trolls??  There is a life outside football - we sit around all year waiting on games - we pay our club managers from January.  The footballer is forgot about.

What is it with these pricks setting fixtures for Easter Tuesday - do they think everyone can arrange their lives at short notice around them...some people have families - have Easter holidays booked!! Traveling half way across the county on a week night!  Not all Gaels are students who have no jobs and can leave work early...I'm sickened watching tripe from our county men / now the county board is trying to sicken us even more..dicks

harte is a fraud. he won all irelands with exceptional players and had a master tactiction by his side in tony donnelly. he replaced donnelly with a moron called gavin devlin and between the 2 of them have been found out tactically and have managed to drag the good name of tyrone football through the dirt with their media bans, diving, sledging and all round anti football carry on. this is the culture they have created and the next man is going to have a hell of a job turning things around.

Herein lies the problem!!!  Are we satisfied that our minors and u21's are playing and being coached a brand of football that is awful to watch....Our U21's weren't able to score against Donegal in Ballybofey two weeks ago.  We set our senior team up with guys that are better defenders/ than scorers.  In the past we have Produced magical forwards - Canavan, Cush, Mulligan, O Neil, Cavlan, Mc Guigan - guys that were never subjected to being made stand in a line across the 45 and tackle like a dogs.  Good forwards with potential have been discarded - Coney for example - could we have managed him better??  He destroyed aidan o shea in a minor final in croker.  Lee Brennan is as good a forward in the county - why is he not being played?

Why in Kerry are they able to produce great forwards year after year - Gooch, then o Donoghue, then Geaney and now young Spillane at U21 level.  They have a crop of stuff coming and its because they are not beinmg coached this shitty defensive stuff.

Our defensive minded system is good to a last 8 - but not last 4.  We are producing players who's strongest attribute is not scoring - we haven't had a top forward since Stephen o Neill.  We have top class facilities - no expense has been spared but sadly we are moving down the rankings

Surprisingly Edendork v galbally finished a draw tonight.  ::)
No harm, but that's pathetic from all involved.
There was a huge issue made months ago about the games not being able to be moved so this sort of thing couldn't happen.
County board make it up as they go along.
I Don't blame Galbally or Edendork for pulling the game forward.  Clubs are fed up with the season running on this late.  Its a joke and puts a lot of unneeded expense on clubs.

Can't fault both teams for effort although I thought the quality of the football poor at times. The good thing about the replay is sean Hurson won't be the referee. What a clown. Doesn't understand the game at all. The whole of Ireland can now see how bad he is.

Best Ref in the county by a mile, what are you on about. Fear would be who will do the replay as so many others aren't up to scratch. Football in general is very poor so don't know why you appear surprised

Sean has played club football at all levels for this club Galbally Pearses including senior and reserve a few years back..

He is NOT a good ref. Never uses common sense and it is obvious he never played himself. He refs as per the rule book and not what he sees in front of him. The Fianna goal was a calamity of errors from Hurson who realised his mistake and gave KC everything for next 10 mins. I never like to see him turn up to do our club games but admittedly there are not many good refs about so that explains why he is held in such high regard by the ccc

Gutted following the weekend - I hope we learn from this.  Brutal stuff to watch all the same and this system is sucking the life out of so many good footballers.  My problem is why do we have to resort to it. Are we protecting our fullback line, can we not produce forwards in Tyrone?  Why do we play a system where we have 3 half backs playing in our half forward line.  We almost beat Kerry last year playing with 2 forwards up yet this year we resort to playing with 1 up!!  Couldn't help but think how useful the likes of a Kyle Coney could have been yesterday - as man that can kick a point.
