Do these people not realise he's just a presenter lol.
The tinfoil hat brigade blaming nanoparticle aluminium chemtrails as part of some wider geo-engineering conspiracy 😃. Presumably Barra is part of a deep state cabal.

Older posters will recall the joke about it being a cold day in hell as Tyrone win the All Ireland.

But when Armagh win the All Ireland an orange sphere appears in the sky and a warmth spreads throughout the land.

Blowitupref

Sunny and warm for the last day of summer on this small island. A welcome change from near three months of cloudy or wet days.

Statements about this depend on where you are. In July and August Dublin got about half the average rainfall, or about one quarter as much as last summer. It wasn't that warm though. Places to the west and north had a lot more rain in August. Ballyhaise, not that far north or west of Dublin had 3 times the rainfall.

Weather changing after a mild November so far.

QuoteMet Eireann has advised that it will turning much colder next week with a spell of cold and wintry weather across the country from Monday onwards and throughout much of next week with frost, ice and showers, most widespread in the north and parts of the west.

Hazardous ground conditions are expected Tuesday to Friday due to frost and ice with cold day and night-time temperatures. Expect poor visibility in any wintry showers.

Off to bed now. Hope not to be flooded out of it in the morning. Who decided to name it storm Bert?

Definite probability of fluffy white stuff on higher ground in the middle of the country at the weekend, and if it falls it will lie around all week. Probably not in Dublin though, so no panic.

We really need a good freeze to kill off as many rats and mice as possible.

The wee hoors breed like hell in the mild winters.
