Tadgh Kennelly Marathon Run

Its nice to see how a real sportsman and champion behaves in contrast to some recent examples in my neck of the woods.

I see from the Sydney Swans website that Kennelly is to run in the Ney York Marathon in November to raise funds for Heart Research in memory of his Da - the great Tim

Fair play to Taigth - but he gets paid for his sports - a real sportsman is someone who dosent need to get paid for to play his chosen sport.  People like DJ Carey, Enda mc Nulty, Paul Mc Grane will always be  real sportsmen.   Unfortuinately taigth is a professional sportsman that is something quite different and fair play to him for achieving that.  He is a real gentleman though and the run is a superb idea and I hope he wins the race.
