I sincerely hope you aren't using a public forum, that is read by tens of people daily, to promote the cancer that is gambling. Reported your post.

Bet you you didnít report it

Same as myself Laoislad, Iíve kept myself in reasonable shape since a few races I ran in March/April. Started my plan last week, intend to work in blocks of 4 weeks with every 4th week a deload before pushing on again for the next 3 weeks.

Does anyone know of any shop in Ireland that has a full stock of Nike running shoes? Everywhere I know of in the North seems to be stocked full of Brooks, New Balance, Saucony, Hoka but not a Nike shoe to be found.

The Tyrone lad would still be rolling around holding his face.

Isnít that exactly what Forker did to get McManus sent off? Red card rescinded on video evidence.
that never should have been rescinded. Have seen footage of a clear strike. Yes Forker went down easily but a punch is a punch.

Finally an Armagh man who agrees that Diarmuid Marsden deserved his red card in 2003.

A punch is a punch.

Can anyone recommend a good headlight? My current model is about to give up on me.

Dublin marathon is something else, the atmosphere around the course is brilliant and the fact itís a familiar city to me helps as well. Hopefully everyone stays injury free now and the training block goes well 🤞🏾

Does anyone here know if there will be entries available for Dublin Marathon in 2022 or will it be closed due to the volume of carry overs from 2020 & 2021?
