I haven't had a close look at the alternatives but on first appearances it looks like Celtic avoided quite a few bullets in the CL draw.

    Aston Villa (A)

    Leipzig (H)

    Borussia Dortmund (A)

    Club Bruges (H)

    Atalanta (A)

    Young Boys (H)

    Dinamo Zagreb (A)

    Slovan Bratislava (H)

Yes, just away games to 2024 CL finalists Dortmund along with 2024 Europa League winners Atalanta. lol.

A very dull looking group! looks like one you could get out of, but we probably wont, but who knows

GTP

There is no group, it is a set of fixtures.
From UEFA website - All 36 clubs will participate in a single league competition in which all 36 competing clubs are ranked together. The top eight sides in the league will qualify automatically for the round of 16, while the teams finishing in 9th to 24th place will compete in a two-legged knock-out phase play-off to secure their path to the last 16 of the competition. Teams that finish 25th or lower will be eliminated, with no access to the UEFA Europa League.

36 team league in which each team plays 8 games.

9th to 24th place for a two legged play off for place in last 16 is a realistic target given our fixture list.

It doesn't take a genius to work out that Celtic won't win all their games in any CL group (of fixtures) ::) . Away fixtures to the top 2 teams is not a negative as the chances of getting anything at home from those 2 are at best very slim, meanwhile Celtic have some good possibilities with the other fixtures.

Very good transfer window in my opinion. Bring on Sunday! In Brendy I trust!  ;D

1 up but passing is poor enough against Rangers press

Hatate been very poor on the ball.

Itchy

Great finish by Kyogo, Rangers keeper very poor, keeper should do better on both goals.

They could have scored about 5 by now

Rangers have also had 4 very good chances, lucky they are so shit. Not that impressed with Celtic in a lot of facets of the game

That's as bad a performance I've seen from Sevco. Jesus they're so bad! Rangers had a chance or 2 but Celtic could have had another couple as well. Will be interesting to see where these new men play in the team.

That was a very bad Rangers team and the winning margin should have been more.

A commanding 3 nil win against Rangers is as good as it gets. So many positives from that game not least Kasper who's been the most important signing and an upgrade from big Joe. Next big question was Bernardo and Kuhn and afaic after that game they are both made men. Rangers are now irrelevant as a pointer to where Celtic are at, going into the CL fixtures.
