Hurling Discussion / Ulster Hurling
November 28, 2023, 04:04:45 PM
Did Ulster ever have a hurling championship involving all 9 counties? If so, when was it last played?
What about sex - are they allowed to have sex? Maybe it only matters if it is:

1) on your own
2) with another first team member
3) with a squad member
4) with a squad member from the neighbouring parish
5) with a woman (over 40)
6) with a woman (under 40)
7) with a sheep
8 ) nun of the above
9) all the above
Quote from: trailer on November 27, 2023, 10:40:32 AMSubjected myself to the highlights of the Rangers V Aberdeen game. It was a clear penalty. Pulled his shirt.

Even when Celtic slip up, Rangers can't capitalise. They missed a lot of chances. They are so far behind Celtic that it renders the league utterly pointless.

Surprisingly a lot of empty seats, you'd have thought with Rangers in town it would've been a sell out. Worrying for that league and it's long term sustainability.

"so far behind"

Celtic could be in second place by Christmas.

Went to see Napoleon. First time in the cinema for about 40 years, and I really enjoyed it.

I would recommend it, but better if you go in with a little knowledge of Robisphere, the Directory, Tallyrand etc.

The battle of Austerlitz looked a bit simplified, but then it probably needed cut the battles would be made the film 5 hours.

Actually, I would watch it a second time.

Wasn't sure where to post this, but as they're close advisors for the DUP....

Newton Emerson make a great comment on Saturday that the East Belfast UDA had lost the UDA franchise, lol.

So their racqueteering, drug selling, community "services" will no longer be under the name of the UDA.

Ah bless.

Crown Bar in Wexford banned singer from singing rebel songs. Said you can continue to gig here but no rebel songs allowed. He told them where to stick their gigs and they are getting some abuse on facebook comments. You love to see it.

I'm offended by him not being allowed to sing rebel songs.

Quote from: general_lee on October 30, 2023, 11:33:43 PMBest club team not win their championship?

Dromintee had a brilliant side in the early 2000s but lost 5 finals in ten years to Cross.

Define 'best'.

Poyntzpass is a great wee club and has never won a senior championship match.

Good work.

Wonder if those people whose homes have been devastated by storm Babet, will be consoled by money being pumped into the six counties because a small percentage feel a little bit less british?

Quote from: Brendan on October 20, 2023, 08:28:14 AMHow could McNulty ever find the time to be an inter County manager as a full time MLA...

Consider wee Jeffrey.

He is:
- an Orangeman
- Leader of the DUP
- An MP
- Member of the Privy Council of the United Kingdom
- Leader of the DUP in the Westminister
- Westminister Ambassador for some African country
- King of the Land of Smug
- Smug-look playboy of the Year

He does not manage any gaelic teams but how does he ever get time to watch his gay porn movies?
