3 weeks tomorrow night to proposed start of the league. Is anyone hearing whether Div 1 & 2 are actually going to start on that date? Is it the whole Greencastle thing holding it up? Or a combination of it and Tyrone panel not being finalised?

Tyrone U20 play in Ulster Final on 22nd April. I think the AI Semi final (if they get there) is 2 weeks later and the final a further two weeks (if they get there)

Hopefully it's end of May before we have to bother with Club football
"Bother with?" You sound like a great club man

Would you rather our unser 20s lose? Strange behaviour.
I would rather than 90+% of footballers in the county for the go ahead to start playing the game they train for as soon as possible.

So just to be clear, you want our county teams to be unsuccessful.
Nope, I want club football to not be stopped because of U20's, started games should still go ahead and clubs play without their U20's if necessary

That's okay to say but Clubs will never agree to that.

Division 3 starting in just over 2 weeks, who are the favourites, hard to look past stewardstown or strabane for myself

Aghaloo would be strong at that level too and who knows with Augher. It's been a big slide for them. I'd probably fancy Stewartstown. They'll have two of the best forwards in the division in Lowe and Devlin and seen they were racking up big scores in the Ulster League albeit I'd take them results with a pinch of salt I suppose.

Tyrone2021

Wouldn't be surprised if stewartstown walk it, very strong. Breezed past ulster league

Think Stewartstown will be strong in Div 3, so long as they are playing from a full deck. Not too many div 3 defences could handle lowe and devlin on form.
not sure about the others that came down with them, could see them all struggling to get back up to be honest.

Division 3 as well. Drumragh have players involved with the under 20s.

square_ball

Have the Drumragh lads been involved in the championship so far or even been in the match day squads?

Oran McGrath from Strabane is also on the panel. He was listed to start V Down but Cush came in instead, he hasn't been on the panel since so maybe injured.

You would imagine D3 will be between Aghaloo, Augher, Stewartstown and Strabane for league and championship. Could see 3 teams getting up as a competitive league will allow for the D3 team going into playoffs to be in good shape.

Onthe40

there was a durmragh lad on the bench the other nite..Montgomery

Any reports of the Greencastle appeal from last night?
