Difficult situation for the club.

If Mo is paid the astronomical wages he's after (and that City and United pay) then Mane, Virge, Alisson and more will want similar.
Then that reduces the budget for new players.
Remember, the owners don't put anything into the club, they just allow the club to spend what it earns.

Hopefully a compromise will be reached. Still 18 months left on the contract.

Surprising Liverpool can hold on to those lads because they're as good as anyone in the world in their positions and could demand top dollar at any club.

Where else would they go out of interest?

Part of it is down to the character of player they sign

Yeah in fairness they mostly seem likeable lads and even that fecker Robertson is the sort of dog you'd hate when he's against you but you'd love on your team.

Hard to watch the likes of Maguire, Pogba, Lingard, Rashford, Martial etc getting a clean fortune for sulking about not giving a shite.

Easy enough in the end...Fab's goal came at a nice time

Armamike

Who needs Mane and Salah eh?  I missed the first 20 mins but it looked comfortable enough.  Should have had another 1 or 2, especially Minamino's chance near the end.

That's just, like your opinion man.

Yeah, could have been a tricky second half had Brentford held out until half time. As in all such games, getting the first goal was key.

I'm not convinced by TAA continually moving inside as he has been doing the past month. His major strength is out on that right wing, whipping or clipping those crosses in on front of the penalty spot.

They should be made forfeit the game if that's the case.....
When you think you're fucked you're only about 40% fucked.

Why are they still letting a loan deal go through this week if they're so short?

Elliot back training,  didn't realise this stat...
"He had featured in every game for Klopp's side in this season's Premier League before the injury."
He's some prospect, really think he could be in Dalglish territory

They should be thrown out of the competition.

And by extension Liverpool should have been dumped out when they couldn't field the initial date for the first leg then?
