It was a hell of a game for a "farce".

Give me that football in 65% visibility over nearly any club game I watched this summer, every time.

each to their own, just think one of the biggest games in the club season deserved to be 'seen'. I honestly couldn't tell you if it was a good game or not.

Players and spectators I feel deserved better, it felt like the gaa just wanted it to go ahead no matter what, same with the first game.

Absolute farce of a match, from the terrace you could only see half the pitch, you could only tell that anyone was sitting in the stand opposite by the noise after a score. Obviously was the same for the players. Player and spectator welfare went out the window in order to get the match played. 20euro in to see very little.

Thought Derry were poor in the first half but we're back to our usual selves in the second half.

Down couldn't cope with the defending and the speed we have and only 2 points conceded in a half is very encouraging.

McKinless MOTM looks like no worries after that injury last year.

Down were decent in first half and could have been further ahead but as you say Derry stepped it up a bit in the second half and Downs forwards got no change at all from Derrys defenders.

From a Down point of view I'd say Laverty will be happy enough, its good to get a tough match against a very good team so early in the year and good to get a few players back on the pitch who missed last year.

If you are asking me what I believe or dont believe.

1- I don't believe there were mass rapes, why - because zero evidence has been provided
2- I don't believe babies were beheaded, why - because there has been zero evidence provided and the IDF had to admit they had no proof of such claims
3- I don't believe that a Hamas rocket accidentally hit a hospital, why - because IDF warned the hospital to evacuate as they were going to bomb it. The IDF then bombed other hospitals, schools and mosques (source UN). They then spent quite a bit of effort justifying targeting hospitals because apparently Hamas are in tunnels underneath. When they then went into the hospital the evidence the provided was such BS that even the BBC pulled them on it.
4- I don't believe all 1200 people killed on 7th Oct were by Hamas, why - multiple witnesses from Israel are now on the record saying they were held captive only for the IDF to shell them, shoot them and bomb them from the sky.


I would also like to save some of you the hassle of asking me by saying I do not condemn Hamas for attacking Israel, not for a second.
