No I am saying that Craigbane got relegated when it mattered in the championship. Being in the same league as a team does not mean you are as good as them. In the same way the teams in the Ulster junior and intermediate will not all be at the same level. Grading by championship only should remove this as good lower grade teams will be promoted by winning their county championship and going to a higher grade.
Playing at a lower level in the league didn't stop Armagh and Dublin before winning All Irelands or being at a higher level help the 8 division 1 teams win one. I just can't agree with your argument that league position should be everything when it clearly isn't in some counties.
