Items on the list can come and go but as well as the Sausages and Bacon, the following are mandatory - at least in Mammy's house

Sausage x 2
Thick Bacon x 2
Fried Potato Bread x 2 halves diagonally cut
Fried Soda far x 1 half - again diagonally cut
Eggs, scrambled hard.
HP sauce

Doesn't sound great. Basically a load of bread with some rubbery eggs and an auld sausage thrown on the plate.
You  Nordies really  haven't a clue about a proper fry up.

Don't you ever get tired of your anti-northern campaign? You must be exhausted thinking them up.

Washed down with some Bulmer's in the morning, or stout in the afternoon and you'd be happy enough.

I like to finely chop a raw onion and throw it over the fry also.
Tastes great with the sausages and rashers.

There is guys here who use brown sauce,fried apples and tinned feckin tomatoes on their fry yet I'm the weirdo!!!!

Anyone who can support two European Cup winning clubs from the same country is the very definition of a "weirdo"!!
