21 hours extra rest and a 4 hour journey, probably no great advantage.

Down the day before, full spa treatment, yoga...? 🤔

Seaweed baths, climb the reek, Mickey lead the rosary at Knock?

;D Drink in the word of god covered in seaweed!

7 laps round the church at the top of croagh patrick. Slowly though to expend as little energy as possible.

Mckinless for Gilmore

From the Bunker

I have never seen a quieter build-up to a knock-out game in Mayo. Trickles of flags here and there. In the pub last night all the talk was of the Euro's. Most I know have plans to do other things today. Talk of catching the game in the Pub - being the main theme. And I live in the outskirts of Castlebar. Think this is understandable. Mayo had an intense decade of being close to the top with multiple semi-finals and Finals. Fatigue has kicked in. Many have moved to new ways of spending their leisure time and their money. Following a team is time consuming and expensive (unless you are from Dublin, where home games are the norm).
