The most disturbing thing though isn't that the industry exists. It's that people who in most other facets of life are pragmatic and logical, place mental health professionals on the same pedestal we used to place priests: ie they're the good guys, the incorruptibles.

Any guardian mandating physical or chemicallly induced change in a minor as part of a transgender process should be proscuted to the full extent of the law.

Adults can make their own decisions but immature and developing young people should not have this option.

Unfortunately that's the problem. If it's not their normal, then some people fear/despise/attack it. And I say that as someone with big question marks around transsexuals myself. But I give the majority the benefit of the doubt that they didn't choose their path and will suffer greatly compared to me and others for just living their life.

But do you honestly believe that? I'm straight, and I could watch as much "woke sh!t" as you like, but that ain't ever going to make me like men. Or to want to change sex. I think there has to be a bit more to it than that. I honestly think that's an absurd take imo.

Its a perfect storm really. From my viewpoint these people seem to be loners too. I would hazard that these people are on some sort of spectrum and have some sort of mental illness and see the trans community as maybe something they can cling to and identify themselves with to cover up a more deep lying issue (sub consciously that is)

Here's an uncomfortable topic of discussion / conundrum for the "woke".

Why are paedophiles always and firmly denounced as evil people, marginalised from society and requested to change their behaviour?

Surely what it is that makes them attracted to children is fundamentally a mental health problem?

But rather than allowing them to pursue their feelings, we patrol and prevent them.

The reason for society doing this is, of course, obvious. Should a paedophile act on his impulses, it would have to be with a minor; therefore someone who is not mature enough to knowingly consent to the impulses of their pursuer.

Yet at the same time, we are allowing those same minors to chemically, physically and irrefutably pursue gender change, as a result of mental health issues.

This doesn't add up. Not even close.
