Whilst battery technology is improving all the time there's still a bit to go and Lithium mining is a dubious practice in a lot of countries, child labour etc etc and Musk trying to start overthrowing governments in countries with large Lithium deposits.
It has the potential to start as many wars as oil has but the eco warriors don't seem to mind that or if they do they're very quiet on the subject.

It's true LGB covered most of the concerns of the Gay community. They could tidily look for their rights back in the day. But the extra letters (which are really Heterosexuals with fetishes) have put their causes on a difficult place.

They have hijacked the Rainbow flag and when things should have been getting easy for the Gay community they have caused unwanted complications.

I know a lot of the Gay community who are uncomfortable with their broad branding.
