St Mary's always a hard team to shake off. Wouldn't rule them out against Galway.

Any idea on venue ?
Walk-in down mchale rd , sun out, summers day , game day . That's all .

University of Galway 0-11 St Mary's 1-7.  From four points down Mary's went one in front late on then University of Galway got the last two scores of the game to win by 1.

A shock result in this evening's other match. Maynooth 2-14 UCC 1-12

St Mary's had that in the bag I thought with that late 1-02. Fair play to Galway - worked those two late scores well.
I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames.

Nearly nipped Galway. Put themselves in a great position with the late 1-02. Always a tricky team to get the better off, can never be discounted.

Galway keeper made a mess of the shot that was going wide which handed them the goal - that was the only time in the game they looked like winning

Lack of a decent free taker on the night proved costly for St Mary's.

hands may be tied due to scholarships etc given out by the university, would have to tog out you'd imagine...i'd be surprised if they both started however

Armagh18

Surely it's asking for injury trouble.

In fairness to them, they would have little chance to play over the last 3 years with Glen going strong also combined with UUJ getting knocked out in the early rounds
