Qualifiers question

I know I'm a few months early but could anyone retell me the 'criteria' for the second round of championship (football) qualifiers? Is it the winners of round one qualifiers only or are the provincial losers in at that stage?

Have you no memory or what?
Same as last year - 16 Round 1, eight winners play Round 2, winners Rd2 play Provincial losers, Winners Rd 3 play Provincial Champions in Qtr Finals.
Obviously expecting to be in Qualifiers?
