Lingmerth birdies the first 4
I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames.

Fully expect this to be a tough 4 days at St Andrews and it won't be a high scoring winner.

For that reason I looked at experienced players, who have played in St Andrews well before and those who like 'hanging' in there against the elements.

Stenson
Scott
Garcia
Grace

Special mention to Eddie Pepperell at 200/1.

Well done short arse (not you O'Neill, Lingmerth)
Cover me in chocolate and feed me to the lesbians

ONeill

Lingmirth -6 after 7 and parred the par 5!!!

A lot of birdies out there.

That is unbelievable shooting akin to the Alfred Dunhill, there isn't much wind at the minute so it will be interesting to see how the late starters fair.

Irish amateur Paul Dunne is -4.  Weather conditions look good so there could be some very low scores shot today.

thewobbler

DJ could very well break 60 today. He won't need anything over a 7 iron.

I'm not looking forward to this. Golf needs a sting in its tail and I don't think St Andrew's has it today.

JPGJOHNNYG

Pitch n Putt course today. New major record of 62 is on. St Andrews only defence is the weather and when the wind doesnt blow it becomes rather simple for these boys

JPGJOHNNYG

For all you Tiger fans he is +1 after one. Lowry making a comeback after a shaky start

ONeill

Conditions starting to stiffen now. Petterson a steady round.

DJ just eagled the 5th. He is still 6/1 in the running with PP's.

That's some website they have for this. Great stats and user friendly.

That won't matter. DJ will win this.
