As some hack said on Twitter, you know Tiger is playing well because his behaviour gets worse !

The point is, though, Tiger is back, regardless of the result here. We could be coming into an epic era like the days of Arnie, Nicklaus and Player. Rory, Spieth and Tiger.

Need to see more evidence of that yet. Still think he's one tweaked back away from missing another chunk of a year and his chip on 14 wasn't too hectic either. Can't ever see him regaining his former air of invincibility.

He's playing well today alright but still signs of rashness in his game. He hasn't played for a long time either so very hard to tell if he is actually back or not going on 2.5 rounds. Good to see him competing again though!!

Whoever said he would regain it? Bottom line is he's given the swift two fingers to the media who said he wouldn't make the cut. He'll win majors again. To come back like he has in 2 months is nothing short of awesome.

The problem with expecting Spieth to collapse under the pressure is that he's too young to know he should be nervous.

Too young and too good.

Justin Rose making moves also.

But hey our Rors is still the man to beat...
When you think you're fucked you're only about 40% fucked.

The difference with Speith is the putting.... His putter is on fire.

Good to see 3 Irishmen playing the weekend rounds

offtheground

Speith can count himself lucky that these wobbles are coming at the end of his round.. It's damage limitation stuff at the min, get home and get the head showered... Makes for great viewing to be honest.. Tiger v Rory head to head tomorrow... Great stuff.

screenexile

Phenomenal par save on 18 for Spieth... No major hiccups and he'll be fine. I'm glad he's not playing with Phil as I think Mickelsons unpredictability would force him to try things he wouldn't usually. Its well set up for tomorrow!!

heganboy

Be interesting tomorrow with Tiger and Rory to see if they are pushing each other hard enough to put pressure on the 4 above them.
Can't unfortunately see either of them pulling it off but hopefully it makes for some good watching.
