Did Tyrone season ticket holders get any chance to buy a ticket separate to the club draws? I remember there was a big enough amount season ticket holders whenever we played you in the league in Castlebar.

I see a good point made on the mayo blog comments

Does Mayo supporters see any possible way that Mayo could lose this All-Ireland final on Saturday?

We never think we are going to lose any final, sure why would we. We always have everything covered, interviews in papers, cars, sheep even ducks painted green and red, houses decked in flags, Mayo4Sam written everywhere from the south of France to Belmullet. When we win on Saturday (hard luck Tyrone by the way) it will be the start of seven in a row!!
If getting ahead of ourselves was a problem for Mayo sure surely other counties would let us know or a journalist or two at least would write an informative article about it??

So I take it I shouldn't bother watching the final cause O'Shea has lost it for us again but this time he has given us a week's notice?
Also why can't the Knockmore lads let the rest of us in the county know earlier since their celebrity power couple always seem to know we are doomed before everyone else going by Brolly's articles in the paper??
Why can't O'Shea, now that he is Captain let Keegan, O'Donoghue and Conroy et all, explain to the lads that it might be easier on themselves and fans a like to bow out gracefully in a semi final and let us enjoy a final with two proper teams of down to earth, volunteer hero, fíor Gael laden with warriors battle it out on the hallowed ground and then we can enjoy the videos of them sweeping the dressing rooms and Irish dancing to Damien Dempsey after showing us all how real football is played??
I dunno at this stage I have lived through Liam McHale losing us All Ireland finals just to keep himself in hair gel to look good for his NBA moves on the court, Ciaran 'Barbie' McDonald more interested in tattoos than kicking points and now O'Shea burgeoning career as an extra on Baywatch losing us another decider!!
The biggest crime of all was the removal of two fíor Gael football men like Holmes and Connelly, who not only brought the highest degree of professionalism along with tactical acumen but they also held their silence after their tragic betrayal when they quite easily could have run to a journalist with an axe to grind against Mayo after any of the final loses and cashed in with a tell all type interview!! Mayo god help us indeed!!!
Congrats to Tyrone in advance on All Ireland title number 4 I just wish the next title comes against a more worthy opponent!!!

Lads/ladies is the hill open for this semi final like the Dubs v Mayo match?

Thirty one counties would love to see it but Dublin still look the most likely winner of this match.

I'm not so sure about that. I would say most neutrals want a good final more than anything and, whether we like it or not, Dublin v Kerry is a very natural final pairing. I think that's the final most people want to see and therefore they want Dublin and Kerry to win their semis.

I highly doubt too many neutrals will ever back Dublin.

Would Roscommon be the most anti-Mayo?

I would say Galway are the most anti-Mayo, Rossies and Sligo a close second behind them. Leitrim seem to save all their hate for the Rossies!! I would say out of the 5 Connacht counties Mayo would garner the least amount of support from the others when Connacht champions.

As good a team as Mayo has to get to 10 semi and not win 1 final once. Is very poor no matter the opposition.

Apart from Donegal in 2014 remind me of all the other teams that have beaten Dublin when this poor Mayo team couldn't???

Well done Rossies gave a football lesson to us in the second half.

Fair play to the Rossies not hanging around and putting us away in style. Tactics and team selection for Mayo for both games were a little bit puzzling.

Colm Keys said there will be more Covid testing of the panel today so there might be a few more changes depending on results.

Leaving aside all the other arguments surrounding Dublin, would it really be too far to give them the full 15 all stars based on their champioship performances or maybe 14 out 15 all stars?

Why are Mayo supporters so concerned with what Joe Brolly says? There's a performative love-in towards them from essentially everyone else in the media nearly ever year, despite their recurring failures when it counts. With their sensitivity, are they implicitly acknowledging that he does in fact have a point?

What point is he trying to make?

Possibly that there's something psychological behind Mayo's repeated All-Ireland losses over the past 30 or so years. I'm not sure though, you'd have to ask those who get worked up about it.

He doesn't really make any point apart from personal jabs at certain players that mainly stem from a massive  personal conflict of interest after the 2015 managers heave. The rest of the time he makes general insults at players same as the general insults of Colm Cooper and Sean Cavanagh that are obvious reflections of his own major character flaws.
Whethter he ever has a point at all is tough to tell, maybe the odd time he might hit on something but it is akin to a stopped clock being right twice a day.
He treats Tyrone and now Jimmy McGuinness with the eame level of disdain and the only reason he picks on Mayo more frequently is the conflict of interest that I mentioned above.

The GOP need to get rid of Trumpism and fast. Whoever runs in 2024 should not even have a whiff of Trump.

They have created this with they way they haved acted since Bush v Gore in 2000. Trump might have thrown petrol on the fire but he is a symptom of the likes of Bush, Cheney, McConnell, Cruz, Gatez, Graham et all and centerist Dems and Clinton corporate Dems stood by and did nothing.
There is no way this is going away without a complete wipeout of Republicans especially at state and local level along with expanding the Sunpreme court.
