Not really the BT staff that had me frustrated yesterday. It was those clueless idiots in India. Didn't know who I was and went they finally discovered me, they claimed I'm not on broadband. Spent the best part of 90 minutes on the phone last night telling them that I am in fact a BT Yahoo Broadband customer....... but not for much longer.

Again, not the day-to-day BT staff that you see in the street working hard

I've heard good things about UTV Clicksilver, but that's from people down Mexico way. Not sure what the service is like up here. My brother used NTL in Derry for a couple of years and he didn't seem to have any bother with them. The only thing was, when he left Derry he had a bit of bother getting them to cancel his connection.

Nope. They were fecking about with the cabinet on Tuesday morning and knocked me off.
