Good luck to the Kingdom tomorrow. There's a lot of uncertantity about the result of this game will have. I also think it will be hard to call. For us to win we will have to get on with the business of playing to our game plan unlike Monaghan who got got riled by Tyrone and caught up in the dark arts and lost their focus completely.
Hopefully the Tyrone players might have learned a lesson from all the negativity surrounding them and may actually play more honestly and sportingly than previously?
Anyway - safe travelling to all supporters from both counties. May the best team win !!! :-)

Watching Tyrone for manys the year now. Seen some great sides but jaysus this was terrible in the second half. I think they need a change of management at this stage to have any chance of regrouping and being serious AI contenders. Ive great respect for MH but its high time he stepped aside and let some else try and make a better trick of it.

Looking forward to this game immensely, no baggage carried from the other game as we were well bet on the day and I'm leaning towards a Donegal victory and wish them the best of luck, however I really like the look of Moran from Kerry and wouldn't mind seeing him lift the cup either, I think Ill wait until the ball is thrown in and see how Donaghy behaves on the day before I silently route for one team or the other

After watching Brollys analysis last night we havent a hope!
This is one mean well drilled Donegal outfit who dont give away much. McStay however is giving the Kingdom the nod but hes not as clever as Brolly. ;)
Really looking forward to it now. :-)

kerry have alot better chance against Donegal than Dublin
Kerry will be big underdogs against either tho

Donegal will give us an awful trimming in the final if they play like this if they go on and win it today!!

Looking at it now - 50 mins gone - looks like Donegal - Dubs badly rattled - cant score a goal and in fairness Donegal are playing good football!!

Dublin - I hope.
After yesterdays epic of going at it hammer & tongs a Kerry v Dublin final is what 31 of the 32 counties will want. After we get over todays impending muck fest hopefully football will be the winner again when we play the dubs in a repeat of last years AI SF!

Still a big market for stainless steel. Are the days of plasterers using them as scaffolds and farmers making cattle troughs out of them over?

What sort of rates do ye pay up there in the wee 6 compared to LPT in the rest of the country? My house costs 315 quid per yr - dormer bungalow (out of town).

General discussion / Re: Sky+ HD

I cancelled SKY last March - havent missed it atall. Then a bloke form SKY rang me on friday evening asking me to come back- heres the deal :
New SKY + HD wireless box  & Full sky package inc sports, movies etc etc FREE for 6 months - after that €27.00/month for the basic package which is what I had before cancellation. Monthly cost for 12 months = €13.50.
Phone & broadband works out at €23.75 per month for 12 months including the introductory discounts.

Currently paying Vodafone €35/month for home phone & broadband (who incedintally called me early last week looking for me to sign up for an 18 month contract!!!!)

He's calling back tomorrow to see if I'm still interested - looks like a no brainer as basically I'll not be paying much more than I'm currently paying and I'll have the full sky package free for the next 6 month!!
Going to try and squeeze a new dish out of him as well as the current one is a bit shitty!!

GAA Discussion / Re: Canavan gone

Is Canavan gonna be the Roy Keane of nordie football?
#13
Have Mayo bought into the whole hype thing again??
#14
Gormley will be substituted at half time

Cavan will bring that ultra negative ulster brand of football and they will be hard to break down. Hopefully our superior forwards shoul help us prevail.
