Anyone at the match Saturday? Anyone play well?

Find it hard to believe that my own club man sean byrne wasn't even in for a trial with the u21's. Probably one of better county minors n two years of senior club football behind him

Strange alright. Fine player.

on the hop

was at the game, they are a solid if unspectacular team. looked fit as evidence by a few of them having played three games in the week. far better team than tipp and let in a sloppy goal to improve the result for tipp. first time to see them and was relying on the team on twitter which i think was just a bit off.

goalie not bad, backs solid enough, nerney strong as full back but i thought knowles was the pick. might not be a corner back but very good on the ball. a bit of a choice on the half back line with collins coming on but they probably should have swopped o sullivan and eoin buggie to see what he was like at centre back. two big athletic guys at midfield who did well against the tipp senior jack kennedy. three workers on the half forward line but we might be lacking a bit here, especially for a few scores. full forward line was good, byrne is not bad and Daly before he went out centre forward is a good target man at this age group.might lack a bit of pace but shows well for the ball. moore was by far the stand out player on the field. still light but he shows for a huge amount of ball and very accurate, he kicked a lot of scores.

might be missing a few like kelly who i think is injured, who might not be a bad half forward. galway this weekend would be a step up.

Very coincidental  that since i posted up about sean byrne not being involved with the 21's he has since being asked in. We must have county board personell reading n documenting😁😁. Great to see him in though, deserves to be there on merit

Interesting. I'll give it a try.

Stop playing all Senior Championship games in O Moore Park.

Now, we sit back and wait.
