GAA county shirts

Dear All
I am trying to buy football shirts for my two lads here in London, O'Neill's website say you cant have the shirt on their website but I can have the international one(whatever this is).
Does anyone know if there is a difference between shirt bought in Ireland and the international one?

Irish ones have the 3 stripes, international 2 stripes (Adidas hooers)

It may be the two stripe/ 3 stripe issue. O'Neill's cant sell the 3 stripe outside of Ireland due to Addidas trademarking the 3 stripes.

Also the same in their training ranges. In the North they can only do 2 stripes, while the equivalent in the South have 3. Look at their Oslo training range for example.
