Wouldn't think it's much more complicated than the cross pollination of school coaches and club coaches.

It just takes once talented team to play ultra possession football and then the rest have little choice.

The men who can teach this muck were already in place.

Every team, whether it be club, school or college has 15 men behind the ball.

That's the way football is unfortunately. These new rules will, imo, improve things but it's a sad inditement of where football is at.

It's easier for coaches to say to park the bus.

Fear of losing outweighs the joy of winning.

There's two generations of players at this stage who have been used to practically nothing else only 15 behind the ball. They've moved up into coaching and it has just become the norm.  I'm glad I was around to see some games before it all went to hell.

Was at a couple of Armagh games, strong enough side this year, topping their group, but hard to guage the strength of others, think they'll find one or 2 too strong.

Magherafelt v Maghera looking a likely QF.

Omagh & Magherafelt on paths to avoid each to final.

Rossa Park, Magherafelt. First named team has home advantage this round.

Quite ridiculous that every team have played three or four games already for the competition to go from 18 to 16 teams.

3 additional teams this year must have confused all the teachers! They could have at least let the Group winners avoid the play off round. As bad as the Derry SFC Championship group round ffs.

I would guess Magherafelt would be well fancied as they have James Sargeant and Derry won the U17 All Ireland last year
