Can't see anyone but Trillick. Their ability to stop the oppositions forward line from playing is incredible. Did the same last year against Dungannon and Errigal. Thought they used to be serious for dropping men behind the ball but they looked to have changed it up and are going more man to man

And then they have enough scores in the team between Garrity, Brennan, the Grays, the Donnellys and Daly all chipping in. A serious outfit.

Great read in the Irish News today with Jody Gormley. Didn't realise he'd suffered a stroke last year. Sounds like he was lucky enough that it wasn't worse.

Think he had the stroke in the last few months according to the story in Irish news. Some recovery in 2/3 months to be fair to him

Think you're right. Picked that up wrong in the article.

Wouldn't be ruling them out just yet but Dungannon have been very poor so far here.

When you're under as much pressure as Ten Hag is, results in every game count and its madness to be prioritising future games over the one he's currently playing. For however shite Rashford has been for the last 18 months, he was their best player in the 1st half.

As said it is a matter of when not if. If Villa put 3 or 4 past them this weekend its hard to see him keeping his job.

BBC NI showing that **** Nolan instead of Champions League highlights.

Quote from: Capt Pat on October 02, 2024, 08:09:30 AMCeltic are brutal in Europe against the better teams. They don't seem to try too hard. Rangers put up a better effort in their European games.

You're maybe on the wind up and I have no skin in the game here but I don't think using Rangers an example is very apt

QuoteRangers have become the worst team in Champions League history after losing 3-1 at home to Ajax.

The Scottish giants have struggled in a fiendishly tough Group A, losing all six of their games to Ajax, Liverpool and Napoli.

Rangers' goal difference of -20 is the worst of any side who have lost all six games in the competition's history.

They'll be singing 'Southgate you're the one' on the Stratford End by Halloween.

Quote from: tiempo on September 29, 2024, 08:36:55 AMThe class of Dan McNulty really shone at times in both games, shame he didn't get a good go at Tyrone but for injuries. The powers that be please ensure that relegation game is streamed, expecting a ding dong battle

Really? I thought he was poor enough across both games. Gave away or lost the ball in contact regularly in the 2 games. Thought if it was the Danny McNulty of a few years ago the Rahillys would have won that.

On their performances of the last 2 games, the Rahillys have a great chance of beating the Fianna. Clonoe pitch wouldn't be capable of holding the crowd looking to watch that game so streaming it should be an option.

Chris Lawn the latest addition to the backroom team according to Teamtalkmag. Quite like those appointments. Fresh voices for the squad and everyone on a clean slate.

Quote from: Rossfan on September 25, 2024, 09:31:13 AMIt will all look great with elite players in exhibition games with top refs, linesmen etc.
But yer Division 5 or under 14 game where yer lucky to have a Ref....

Genuine question as I haven't been to an u14/u16 game in ages but do they have the likes of marks (both the attacking one and from a kick out) and black cards in underage games?

Quote from: screenexile on September 22, 2024, 11:45:14 PMArsenal fans losing the run of themselves. Trossard was 100% a second yellow either for the barge or the kicking the ball away I'm sick of Arteta crying too.

Overall Arsenal were very disappointing when they went down to 10. City were very poor after Rodri went off and Arsenal didn't even try to do anything they should have put someone up front for the chance of a breakaway.

Which Arsenal fans are they who lost the run of themselves that you take as a yardstick?

Thought Ian Wright was going to burst into tears when he made a video calling Haaland a coward.

Clonoe full back Shane Hughes has been excellent so far. Ruairi Canavan barely got a kick off him last night.
