Trump's people have run the Justice Dept for the past two years. Take it up with them if you think there's something being overlooked. Quite what that might be, I'm not sure.

Plus, how many congressional committees looked into her already starting with the Benghazi stuff? They came up with squat, despite Kevin McCarthy (in a move which torpedoed his then campaign to be Speaker) declaring on national news that they were investigating her in an attempt to damage her presidential campaign.
