Wanted.  Forwards to take frees.
Not fussy.  Any sort of ability will be considered

Orior

Methinks the final table will look something like this:

Armagh
Wexford
Fermanagh
Tipperary
Limerick
Sligo
Louth
Clare

Syferus

Severely over-rating Limerick and under-rating Clare there. Would fancy Tipp to be better than Fermanagh too.

AZOffaly

It will be interesting to see if Tipp can continue to progress. There's an added spice in that Davey Power, the Tipp minor manager in 2011, is now over Wexford in his first gig as a senior manager. I'm sure Davey has designs on managing Tipp in the near future, so he'll be keen to show up well in the same division.

Croí na hÉireann

Between Wexford and Tipp to see who gets promoted along with Armagh. Dark horses, Louth.
Westmeath - Home of the Christy Ring Cup...

twohands!!!

Armagh surely have to up - if they don't Geezer will surely be handed his walking papers.

The competition for the 2nd spot will be between Clare and Tipperary I think.

Clare have added a fair few handy players to the mix and have been in decent form in some recent challenges - they beat Austin Stacks and UL and drew with a Kerry selection in the last few weeks. Good management as well as four home games.

Limerick, Sligo and Louth to be battling relegation.

FermGael

For Fermanagh it's all about the start.
Louth at home and then Sligo away.
4 points and we will be thinking about promotion.
Anything less and we will be looking over our shoulder.
Very tight league.
Nobody will run away with it.

Captain Obvious

Armagh,Tipperary for promotion any of the other six teams could get relegated.

Armagh won't try to get rid of geezer. In fact I don't think they could get rid of him. 5 year contract and all that

Itchy

Do Armagh have time to play the games with all the training they are doing.

sinabhuil

Decent division with some very good teams. IMO Armagh will win it out.

It's not an actual contract of employment; in the unlikely event that Armagh didnt get out of Division 3 Geezer would surely fall on his sword given he was taking about challenging for Sam when he took over.

1 year in Division 3 will do enough damage to Armagh's finances, a 2nd year would be a complete catastrophe.

Who is his contract of employment with?

Geezer is there for the long term - even allowing for short term hiccups. Armagh should be promoted as champions and I think they will deliver. Sunday's match is likely to be one of the tougher ones.

Money is tight in Armagh but as long as the crowds turn up the finances should not take a hit. Admitedly Division 3 obscurity would not be the place to renegotiate one the key sponsorship contracts.

sligoman2

Anyone have any updates on Sligo?  I know McIntyre is not playing and Kelly and curran are bak this week.  Do we have any midfielders?  Is Mcdonell from castleconnor on the panel.
I used to be indecisive but now I'm not too sure.

Blowitupref

From last summers championship how many of the Armagh starting 15 has since retired or left the panel?
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose
