Out of Office Reply on Outlook

Does anyone know how to set up an Out of Office Reply on Outlook.

Think our email is a POP3 Account.

There is no option - under the tools tab.

Make sure you are in the mail section then select the tools option.

With your pop3 email is there a webmail account where you can log in to with settings in it?
That would be the best place to set an out of office reply.

As with a Pop3 email account with outlook your computer would need to be left on and Outlook open for it to download the email then send the reply.
I'm not even sure if it will work with a pop3 account.  It might only work with Microsoft Exchange.
