Thank God they built the hospital properly (centre, with vertical white aerial), but it shows the difference between doing it right and not. How much would it have cost to build the other buildings correctly, I wonder, and how many lives would it have saved?

Any Californian engineers here?

Erdogan was elected on the back of public disgust after an earthquake in 1999.
