There's a lad called Declan Nerney probably crying in the corner (he could be a regular poster here.....he's from Drumlish but he's mad about Colmcille) as you picked Crystal Meth Swing ahead of him.

For shame.

Tommy Sands is playing here in Reno next month - is he worth going to see?

We just had Lunasa play, but I couldnt make the gig - are they any use?

1. Afro Celts.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ta3DvoVwvec  Amazing live, though they havent toured in a while.
2. Kila.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cS7CATY-4Ic  Great live, touring at the minute.
3. Luka Bloom.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BVihT1wtDtc Much better than his moore famous brother.
4. Paul Brady.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CD4eS2Xb6Ls
5. Jinx Lennon. Saw Jinx play a live show to no one in particular lately on the side of a mountain. Was out for a walk and thought I could hear a radio in the distance. Turns out it was the boul Jinx. He was absolutely brilliant, even the dogs sat down to listen to him. Well worth going to see if you ever get the chance.
