That was some abuse Carragher was giving Crouch last night. And Crouchie didnt take it lying down.

If its United in the final then to be honest I dont know who to support. Either way, a scouser will get his paws on the trophy.

Dont confuse brave and hard.

If its about hard players, then I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Henry Downey yet (or maybe himself has not logged on for a while). Hard as hardened steel nails.

If its brave, then John Toal would be up there.

Gadzooks!

Third to the throne is on his way to foreign lands, to meet interesting people and to kill them. Wouldn't it be nice to be the first royal since XXX to have a confirmed kill? I've no idea who the last royal was that killed someone.

Lads, going back to the discussion about Geraldines, Cross Red Hands and Naomh Brid, a few pages ago.  I was wondering were there any other clubs that have been and gone in the last 30 years or so.  I'm not talking 100years ago, because every townland in the county had a team at one time or other.  I remember Geraldines used to play against Whitecross, Belleek and Shanes in the Carrickcruppen tourament every year.  I remember Phelim Brady's the last time around, but I was surprised to hear of Cross Red Hands.

My uncle play for Lilo (sp?) in the 50's. They were somewhere between Gilford and Lurgan - Heganboy seemed to know more about them.

Kieran McGeeny taught my eldest son hurling in St Therese

Come again?

Emmm, long time ago (about 12 years actually). Kieran was studying PE at college and I guess he did a couple of weeks practical in the Antrim Road primary school.

If Brokencrossbar had stuck around North Belfast longer he would have bumped into a few more Armagh players.

Kieran McGeeny taught my eldest son hurling in St Therese, and Finnian Moriority is teaching my youngest PE in St Malachys College.

Aye, but what is the chain of events? I needs to know, cause if i see it happening then I can nip it in the bud, save the world, win a Nobel prize and be home in time for Coronation Street.
