The County have been running U14 Academy squads for the last 6/7 years. No point in you all jumping in and criticising now.

They only have a few training sessions and blitzes in the summer months - Calm down!
if it's just a few training sessions and blitzes then why would senior management be getting involved? Nobody can tell me any of it makes sense.

I heard he is thinking of giving a few of the U-14s a run out against Derry and just wants to see them up close himself.

Money may answer a few problems in the short term, but in reality a new squad needs built over the next 4-5 transfer windows. In the meantime 4th is the target.

Nothing will change. There is no political will to compromise and worse no votes to be gained. This murder while sad and repulsive, it will unfortunately not make one iota of difference.

Sickening. What a way to start the Easter holidays.

Violence never was and never will be the answer to our problems.

Was disappointed when I opened this thread tbh.

New York bring a Junket. And in Ireland if there's one thing we loves it's a good old Junket.

Dump the weaker counties into their own competition.
League becomes championship. Burst it out over 10 weeks max.

Less games but better games, less training. Not as big of commitment. Happier players.

Tis simple.

Not only have Utd bought poorly they have also sold poorly. Michael Keane and Johnny Evans would've been better option at CH than the 4 or 5 they have at the minute.

Genuine question (before that fella who doesn't care about Utd results jumps in), but anyone got concerns or doubts about whether Ole is up to the job?

I just can't fathom how a failed Cardiff manager and the Molde manager is in any way qualified to manage one of the biggest clubs in the world. Yes I get it results until lately have been amazing (maybe not performances), he knows the philosophy of the club,  and he is a man u legend but surely that can take him only so far? Phelan and to a lesser degree Carrick have an important support role but again surely that isn't enough?

Also Pogba...keep or get rid?

Managing a football club isn't difficult. Buy the best players. Pick them and motivate them. It's not rocket science. The best players, trying their best will win more games than not. Manchester United do not have a good selection of players. Barca, City, Liverpool etc all have better players.
Hard work will always beat talent when talent doesn't work hard.

The old bastions of industry don't seem to have changed. H&W, Shorts and Wrightbus all >80% P.

Just saw that. Was about to post the same.

Showing what can be achieved on a limited budget. Other teams in similar leagues should take note.

Utd lacking real quality and it has been ruthlessly exposed. Young is playing like a sex starved bull has been riding him up the hole all day long. Lethargic.
