QuoteJaysus, no wonder the Dubs didn't want to set foot in the ahem, county, last summer

They were blessed to get away last year - that's not gonna happen with you shower.  ;)

Stone Age man is a step above Crayonman.

Well I suppose the 3rd level teams are nearer to what they would consider to be their championship (Sigerson) so I'm not surprised about the fitness levels.  Could it be that Luke is doing the heavy training with them now, with a view to peaking later, and picking up in the second half of the League?

Big turnout for training NL?

I think you're right Rossi, I must have been getting mixed up with one of the endless other pitiful home losses.

I see Brian Kavanagh was interviewed in Dubai in the Irish Times yesterday.  Apparently Podgie is allowing him to take some frees.   ;)

QuoteMichael Greenan looks out for Michael Greenan, end of.

I think, with reference to this guy's record, that this is a ploy to put himself in the picture for a run at the Presidency for the next term.  I'd be inclined to agree with the Cavan lads assessment of Mr. Greenan - after all, they should know him better than the rest of us.

I'd be inclined to think that this is rabble rousing of the very worst kind, the kind he's in no position to act upon, and has no intention of acting upon.

And, as chairman of the Ulster Council, if Greenan is not responsible for the poor state of affairs in relation to Ulster Hurling, then I'd like to understand who is.
