I see its refunded now.
I paid out £353.83 + £7.07 bank charge because it was to the south
and I have received back £339.10
This whole f**k up has cost me £21.08. Why didn't I just tell the wife we weren't going from the start and that would have been that.

They'd be covered by insurance- same with GB and the cost of his stage and transport costs that he had incurred. Plus all those rhinestone shirts he bought.

Bensars

He hasnt lost, he was insured against it.
It was said a week or two ago he would be covered, but it would leave it very diffcult or significantly more expensive  to insure against event failures in the future.

Garth did nothing wrong. If he was a greedy bollocks he would have done the 3 and not give a f**k about the other 160,000. Garth s done us a favour but we ll probably never learn to help ourselves.

Talk about not being able to organise a piss-up in a brewery.

We can t manage to organise a concert event in an 80,000 seater stadium in our capital city. That s the bottom line.

What gets me is that Peter McKenna has a conversation with Dublin council who say that there is no problem with 5 nights and with the position that McKenna is in he didn't follow this up with an email. In this day and age that is a very simple and common thing to do, I do every day because it is alright saying something verbal but if it in writing there is no mistake. In my view Peter McKenna's should step aside as he made a major c**k up.

Wildweasel74

seen brooks t-shirts in dunnes in wexford last week, selling like hotcakes discounted of course. as they be collectors items lol

He played a high risk strategy to attempt to get his way for all 5 and it backfired
