Bank interest for Aiken/etc ain't super huge:

400,000 tkts * 70 euro avg = 28 million euros.

Interest rates are historically low (0.25-ish) so we will give him 1% to be v generous.

28m * 1% = 280,000 per year.

They got the cash 6 mths ago so €140,000 maybe ???

Getting beyond a joke. Concerts off but his "guys and gear" still enroute to Ireland?

So are they back on, or not. I was quite looking forward to the €140 back in my account. Ah well, still get the brownie points if they go ahead,

FFS so was I. Was gonna take her out for dinner and all in Friar Tucks.
I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames.

A triumphant Enda could be the difference between him winning and losing the next election.
Fine Gael need a Garth Brooks endorsement for all their culchie voters.
Every second of the day there's a Democrat telling a lie

Guys like him are only patsies in a bigger power game!
Money from up North! Who could that be?
Shows how easy it is to manipulate people though....

How can this man have €15k put into his bank account, claim he doesn't know who put it there but say it came from the north and south ?.

He's been got at by all sides and has decided it's not worth the hassle or whatever. The GAA would have lost out here in a big way but Peter Aiken stands to lose more.

Who stands to gain by the concerts not going ahead?
Rivals of the promotion company? seems awfully shady the whole thing.

Move them all to Long Kesh.  The Northern Politicians their €15,000 well.

I'm actually enjoying this whole saga

popcorn stuff

MEANWHILE, the government have probably made more cuts somewhere, appointed cronies to state boards, and many of them are walking off into the sunset with huge pension pots.

•It's all an elaborate plan by myself to finally assassinate Mr. Brooks for the good of music worldwide. I moved into the Croke Park area 4 years ago as a long con.
