Well then i may type a whle lotta lines about very little. Important Irishmen to me

My Dad - RIP - good ordinary man. Knew what was really important and you could never ever impress him.

My wee cub - had three girls first and was very happy with them. But now i have a son. Look foward to seeing him do his own thing. Mayybe he will be a good speller.

Uncle Peter -former IRA man - became a "sticky". He used to talk about books and stuff like Macbeth when no one else knew what he was talking about but me. Knew what was really important and you could never ever impress him.

My Granda - because we had fun
.

Bobby Sands - because he walked the line.

Cant ask for more than that for your last post of the evening hoopsaaa. Go on ahead to the scratcher before you get even more sentimental and stop me from going out on a good charge of half-uns.

Ps, are you married to an indian?

Try a warm cloth, well rung ou, with nothing added.

Good point, make sure your cloth is pretty hot, it will help break down the wax quicker than a cold one.

I think he will feel fried enough in the morning. Sounds like he might have had a few - no one is that bad a speller!

Not wanting to be a killjoy fellas, but this is the same reason hardstation and myself got banned. The official reason was that we had used the golf thread post to have a bit of banter on, and it had gotten off topic (hijacked as the moderator called it). So, with that in mind, maybe there should be a new thread for banter that is outside of PMs.
No need for anymore bloodshed.

You think hooopsaaa did that hardstation?

Id be skeptical.

I know this happens to me about 5 times a month. My name is a famous Actor's first name yet I hear a certain Cheer's characters name all the time.  ???

If it is someone I will never deal with again, I ignore it. If it is a customer or someone I will have a working relationship with, I politely inform them of the correct name. Then explain it happens all the time with a smile and thinking are you that slow you can't remember a name you heard less then 2 minutes ago.

You can, I am. Its very embarrassing and I try really hard to remember. My heads just always somewhere else.

Dick who?
Anyway, what do you mean by important? I have always found myself hating 'important' people.
"Such and such is coming round today, he is very important".
"Well, he can fcuk off and let me get on with this picture of Zaccheus up a tree".
Primary 3 example.

That is too precious to let go, someone should base a joke around that very punchline.
