The Clarke threw away massive 2 points yesterday..... Derrylaughan pushing hard,Edendork Beating Greencastle this weekend will decide a lot of Relegation Issues in Div 1 at least not looking Great for Urney....

that's a very poor result for the Clarkes. thought they would have had more than enough to take care of Aghyaran yesterday.

wouldn't be surprised to see the top 4 teams all finish level on 24 pts. score difference is tight between Aghyaran, Eglish and Dungannon with Derrylaughan a bit behind them.

Rock got an important win but how have they been able to get the starred games against the likes of Aghyaran and Moy this season?.

Luck of the draw I think,  Its only Aghyaran, Moy and Dungannon that have county representation so there is always gonna be teams that benefit and if you draw thee Moy you automatically get gifted 2 points  :D :D

Aghyaran have a fairly straightforward run in they should win the league at this stage. Some achievement from them and Peter McGinnity. Fair play to him he has been there a few years now must have seen great potential in them.

Junior Championship 1st Round fixed for 11-13th August. Cathal McShane must feel valued!!!  ::) ::) ::)

Was there an email sent out? That seems strange think the clubs were told all along it would depend on Tyrones progress as obviously Cathal McShane is involved.

driveherin

Told all along that there would be no club championship until tyrone exited the championship....backed up with a fixture planner that stated the same!!! Mickey must have told fixture planners to work away...he doesn't mind if McShane gets injured? ;)

LeoMc

It would do McShane no harm to get some game time as he seems to be well down the pecking order though a break away from the panel will not help his chances. At the same time you cannot hold up 17 clubs and 254 players for 1.

driveherin

There are only 3 intermediate clubs involved? That's another 200 odd players hanging about!?

It would be a good achievement,  I'd be the 1st to say I didn't see them as potential champions at the start of the year.  They have 2 more starred fixtures to come through and 1 other league game I haven't looked at their opponents although Eglish were in the box seat until Moortown caused a shock.  You cant predict results in that division.

I heard from some prominent clarkes men (multiple) that they lost that game vs Aghyaran from the line and hold Mr Rouse responsible for the defeat.

Mcnamee might as well been playing for aghyaran as he was never off the pitch, including hitting one of the dungannon players as the play was going on at the other side of the pitch. The ref had a word with him but bottled making any big decisions as he is a county man. Disgraceful stuff, is there any need for the starred players to be on the pitch as all?

Well they are never going to blame their players, why, because they can't change their players, that's their lot.

Well its easy to say, things didn't work out, the ref killed us, missed to many chances etc etc but no the message was Rouse cost us the game.
