I'm not allowed comment on the stuff involving me on this thread, but the mods do a good job in fairness.
Much easier just to ban someone for life that spend time giving warnings and temporary bans.
Better that most forums. Its usually one extreme or the other.

Re the pub, maybe we could all log into the virtual pub for an hour before the game
