Dippers were out in force earlier in the week at the Moy/Dungannon roundabout and also down on the motorway. Also been spotted at Ballygawley roundabout a few times. Maybe this was their last big fling before they pi** off back to Scotland ::)

Reliably informed 56 of these 'civil servants' are currently staying in the Killyhevlin in Enniskillen. Concentrated on the area around Maguiresbridge and Lisbellaw the last few days.

I tried to book a room in the Killyhevlin recently for a wedding I am attending in the near future. The cost of a double room with breakfast was £140 and that was supposedly a reduced rate for the wedding. It would seem that its perfectly acceptable for these shower of low life c**ts to stay in such luxury paid for by the ordinary person whilst we all pay close to £1.40 a litre for diesel with half the country out of work, rising rates bills etc etc... Why are our politicians not speaking up about this???

I can categorically state here and now... Your "friend" is indeed full of Manure!!!  ;D
As said by a previous poster, tell your mate to fill the car with green and drive up by the checkpoint...
make sure he's money on him though for the taxi fare home...  ;)

So thats that cleared up then! Let me know where the checkpoints will be tomorrow and my friend will pay you a visit. By the way I hope you catch all the fuel tax cheats in the country. I am sick of paying high fuel charges because others choose not to and I know the more you catch the lower prices will become as the recouped revenue will be passed in to the consumer. :P

QuoteThey ignored the fine imposed and 2 years later no formal action has been taken. How is this "manure"? There must be something to it??

Sweeper, fill her up with green and head up to one of these checkpoints and see what happens. You'll be doing GAABoard a favour.

I have a petrol car, but I will tell my friend to do it  ;D

In short... That's Manure!! Red, Green, Kero... You will get done for the lot!! The fine is £505 for the first offence and they'll lift the motor if you can't pay on the spot.
You seem pretty sure about this candyman yet I know of one person who was detected on green, did not pay a fine on the spot and did not have their veichle seized. They ignored the fine imposed and 2 years later no formal action has been taken. How is this "manure"? There must be something to it??

So my friend was lucky then??

Does anyone know what the penalties are for being caught in the north for using green diesel (ROI agricultural) as opposed to red ? Apparently they cannot seize your veichle on green but can on red. Also if you do not pay the fine and ignore the warnings they post you they cannot prosecute. Any legal heads out there know the ins and outs of this??

All seems quiet these days, difficult for them to operate in this cold weather! My diesel actually froze this morning, car going badly!
