I don't see why it would be much changed. If those players were going to get a run out today they'll still get it on Friday.

What happens in cases like this, do they give you back your money or a voucher for the rescheduled match?
No money back in Castlebar, ticket for the refixture.

Quote from: Rossfan on January 02, 2018, 03:23:07 PM80s and 90s they had a good batch of footballers and they were managed by a very wise head in Sean Boylan. Since Sean left things turned south, the quality of players no longer there and only recently they started improving things at county underage and club level.
Meath population 195,044 in 2016 Census (3 time Ros or Monaghan)
Now very much an Intermediate team.
Where did it all go wrong lads and lassies?
Quote from: Kuwabatake Sanjuro on January 02, 2018, 12:38:33 AMU20s can play now for their seniors but after the NFL the decision has to made which panel U20 players is on as they can't play for both the U20s and senior teams this summer.
Kildare are playing u20 players in this, does that have any consequence on their availability for the u20 championship. Aaron O'Neill in goals has not even played senior for his club yet but looked a serious prospect when playing for the minors last year.
Quote from: mayoaremagic on December 15, 2017, 12:45:17 PMHardly a good enough excuse for such a switch.Quote from: GalwayBayBoy on December 15, 2017, 12:20:30 PMQuote from: mayoaremagic on December 15, 2017, 11:06:03 AM
Donie Vaughan signing up for Castlebar next season.
Did he have a falling out with someone at the club? The distance excuse obviously doesn't wash. Ballinrobe is about 20 minutes down the road. Not great optics to leave your club as soon as they are relegated. I'm sure they were hoping he'd lead them straight back up.
Did he think playing intermediate football would affect his Mayo chances? Don't see how it would as long as he performed. Plenty of great players on intercounty teams from intermediate clubs.
New shoe shop in Castlebar

€211k surplus last year, spending on Co teams down €230k.
How have they managed to reduce costs by that much? Or is it just more of it being paid under the table?
5 man management reduced to 3.
42 man squad down to 33....

Corofin game off.
Costly postponement for Corofin, you'd hope the costs for the refixture will be covered by the GAA.
They were due back to Shannon this evening but looks like most flights out of London are cancelled, there's a good few of the younger lads with college exams tomorrow too I heard. Regardless of how much money a club has they shouldn't be expected to have to fork out twice for an expensive trip like that Syferus. And from next year on the London champs are into the Connacht championship so there'll be a Connacht team making this trip every year, it's a huge expense for a county team, never mind a club team.
