How about some Michael D poetry?

Ivan having a right go at Fine Gael for choosing Gay Mitchell. Rightly so. They should have gone with Mairead McGuinness.
Time to take a more chill-pill approach to life.

Jazus Muppet.

I dont have Dana records.............I just recall some of her songs. It's called a memory. I am blessed with one.

Lier, I have images of a young SS skipping through the long grass around Granard or somewhere similar fingers wistfully brushing along the top of the grass, petting the back of an auld heifer, giving a hearty wave to Farmer McGeough as he putters along on his T20, moving on to the Chapel to have a joke or two with the PP, then finally whizzing down the big hill with his legs thrust wide apart in merriment and showing that old Longford "devil may care" attitude, all the while singing the words

"Snowdrops and daffodils
butterflies and bees
sailboats and fishermen
things of the sea
wishing-wells
wedding bells
early morning dew
all kinds of everything remind me of you"

There's something so beautiful about that image :-* I think you're all looking to the wrong Derry wan to win it ;D

Good to see Gay Mitchells and his FG chums mud slinging has back fired on them according to the poll in todays times. Norris also suffering from all the bad press and Sean Gallagher is the big mover. I think Gallagher has been very good in the debates but I think when the attacks by Mitchel on MMcG and the media on Norris are taking centre stage, it is a lot easier for the likes of Michael D and Gallagher to do well.

Roll on the next few weeks until the whole sorry thing is finished

What's the difference between Dana and Martin McGuinness?
Nobody can remember Dana's hits.
