Great performance and result.  Defended brilliantly as a team and individually.  Gomez was superb.  Vigil was himself again.  Elliott and Jota did great tracking back.  For all City's possession and knocking the ball around the back and midfield they never really opened Liverpool up apart from the disallowed goal.  Liverpool had the much clearer chances.
That's just, like your opinion man.

From the Bunker

Liverpool have not lost a home game in front of a crowd in Anfield in 5 and a half years.

Pep mentioned the Anfield factor after the game. The sign from the dressing rooms is more than a sign to visiting players.
He said some thing about Liverpool players shouting louder, and about his players have to out shout them.

Pep mentioning this bus incident from 2018 in his interview. The man has officially lost the plot.

Think he said there were coins thrown his direction today though.

Luckily, there's cameras all over these stadiums these days and they'll hopefully get the f**ker(s) and deal with them appropriately.

Hopefully aye. Unfortunately it will be harder to catch those singing about a stadium disaster.

Hopefully they are able to record what Klopp was screaming at the linesman, nearly burst his eardrum  ;D

None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought. Ea

Saturday was a 6 pointer.
10 points behind Man City now
Maybe Liverpool should ignore the Champions League and grind  away.

VVD has still never lost a game at Anfield!

Yes he has! Was playing for Southampton though!

Anyone watch the Panorama show last night on the champions league final fiasco?  Probably nothing new here but it brought together footage of what was going on inside and around the stadium.  Scary scenes of the crushing that was happening.

Klopp's behaviour to the Linesman was disgraceful. He should get at least 8 matches. And on the very weekend when Liverpool refs made a stand against abuse. He can come across as a terrible person at times. The Turkey smile doesn't fool anyone.

Leaving aside Trailer's attempted wind-up, I think Klopp SHOULD get a few games. He's lucky to get only one, regardless of how correctly frustrated and angry he was.

We (rightly) have been talking about referee abuse in the GAA in recent months. Just because its a different sport doesn't mean that respect and proper conduct shouldn't also be demanded of those at the top of the game in soccer.

Why leave it at 8? Why not just ban him for 52 weeks?

We are either serious about stamping out the abuse of officials or not.
