Glenravel didn't look too bad last night. It's a pity they are so badly hampered with county men missing. Again, what is the point in a so called split season. It's killing club football for these lads

Any momentum possibly destroyed by being well represented at county. Hopefully with the playoffs they will all be available if thats where they end up

Listen I have seen many people comment on here within last 12 months about Bakers negative tactics, I commented something similar after watching them last night.
Ballymena scored their goal along with 3 or 4 points in the last 10 mins, Cargin were 7 points up at half time ended up scoring 6 goals, could have been 10. Just being honest.

I think it's the guy O Callaghan who has all saints playing the way they are,plus the older players in the squad seem to have a big say behind the scenes regarding the set up,not to many listen to what the Baker shouts which is mostly abuse

Are they allegedly playing well? I saw them tonight, fist passing the ball to eachother along the midfield line back and forward, barely ever kicking the ball and conceding every single kickout. If this is playing well I give up.

Legs are well and truely on the way out at 35+ which a good few Ahoghill lads are but fair play. And plenty of youth about too

If we can press in the forward line like Wexford did, force the galway defence into mistakes, theres no reason why we cant give them a game too.

Yeah, anyone that's not involved on the team getting themselves involved with that type of carry on needs removed, embarrassing altogether.

Players are different. Youre in a physical battle on the field. Things are said, contact made, adrenaline etc

We're as far away in hurling as we are football.

Who objected to Glenravels inclusion? they were promoted from Div2. On Aldergrove, come back on here at the end of the league and summarise how they have performed. 'Top half team' is a very broad statement in a 16 team league

These teams will be way ahead fitness wise than any of the regular Div1 Teams, they know the only chance they have is to pick up early points and then try to cling on.

Fair balls up from the county regarding minors playing senior. Rule put in the effectivly done away with with the games on the same day
