Well Barry Cahill starting at CHF should give you an idea that your team isn't as good as some of ye are making out . . . him and Cullen are defenders yet both will be starting in the HF line!!

HF is where your creativity comes from yet these 2 are not creative players. Tyrone will more than likely be playing Brian McGuigan and Peter Harte in their Half Forward Line. . . I think that illustrates the point I am trying to make.

I honestly believe that Dublin don't have the natural footballers to win an All Ireland yet. . . same as Donegal and Kildare, too many gym monkeys.

Think Tyrone will beat Dublin and then Donegal . . . they don't have enough natural footballers to win an All Ireland in my opinion and it's in Tyrone's hands whether they want to do it all again. I think they want it and we will see how much over the next few weekends!

Can't see dublin winning this one, Tyrone are timing their run to perfection and they are getting better with every game while Dublin have stumbled over the line in their last 2 games and they have had a break without football.

I honestly believe that Dublin don't have the natural footballers to win an All Ireland yet. . . same as Donegal and Kildare, too many gym monkeys.

Having said that if Tyrone have an off day like last year the Dubs have a slight chance but you can bet your house that Jim McGuinness is hoping for a Dublin victory. Donegal will not beat Tyrone again!!

Pretty much where most here seem to get it;

Jon Stewart  ::)
NY Times
The Guardian, self proclaimed "the world's leading liberal voice".
Al Jazeera
MSLSD

And one wonders why I laugh out loud at the mere mention of Fox news
and how it's not balanced on here  :D

Thank you, TO, I'm sure the others are quite capable of speaking for themselves.

Where do you get your news?

Sure he's a Republican . . . the only news or insight he will ever need is here

Really don't see why Rugby and GAA are included in that list. The amount of trouble at either is minimal!

To be fair the quality of attacking in this game left a lot to be desired... these 2 teams and Mayo would be the poorest attackers left atm.

Donegal were also extremely lucky with the goal incident. I was disgusted with the first half but what followed was probably the most intense 55 mins of football I have ever seen. The effort, commitment, defending and just honest to goodness heart shown by the 2 teams was amazing and for that both teams must be commended.

Karl Lacey put in one of the best individual performances I have ever seen or am ever likely to see. It looked like he could barely walk at the end. Fair play.

Having said that I still stand by my gym monkeys theory... Should either of these win the All Ireland our games are fcuked. When up against serious opposition at the business end of the Championship Donegal don't have the footballers to handle it.

On the whole Daddy of Chips idea. If you had to make the choice and you could only choose one. Would you pledge your loyalty to Ireland or God. Now let the Christians out there remember if God really does exist, that he will know which one you chose. Remember the confession box only works if you don't pre-plan to use it as a get of gaol/jail free card  ;)

So which will it be, loyalty to Ireland or loyalty to God?
::) And yet it's the Christian right that is continually hounded and portrayed as being out and out crazies/fcuked up in the head  ::)

But they are!!

Had a crap referee the other night who

1. failed to give a penalty when both attacker and defender lay prostrate on the 6 yard line (in the 6th Minute of injury time at the end of the game with the attacking team losing by a point)
2. he stopped play about 4 times for injury and then resumed with a free to the team in possession (my understanding is this should be a hop ball)
3. then with about 3 minutes to go in extra time (the game was a draw) he gave a hop ball on the 21 yard line. Our FF is a big lad well capable of winning the ball and about 3 inches taller than the man he's standing beside. The ref lines up opposite the 2 and then throws the ball 10 yards up the pitch to 2 lads not expecting it.
4. The defending team won the ball from that and he blew it up 3 minutes before the end of extra time and said "let somebody else referee you crying b**tards... DRAW!"

I'll try to explain these a bit better...
1. attacker hauled down in the large box, referee way behind play but by the time he caught up both attacker & defender hadn't moved & were still lying close/within the small box yet he still gave a 14m free.
2. Referee was correct on this one.
3. Two opposing men stepped forward to contest the throw ball, ref did well to clear the rest of the players 4-5m back (when is it ever 13m) & he still just randomly threw it up the field.
4. Needs no further explanation.

Also, his definition of a foul seemed to be any incidental contact in the tackle!

That was the one you were most irate about at the match you c**k! It was always my belief that if the ref stops a game for an injury it is a hop ball regardless of what player is lying down or who is in possession.

I think Kildare have a serious group of players but I think Armagh do as well. The problem though is that under POR I don't think the Armagh players have been able to perform at 100% and people are using these performances to say the Armagh players aren't as good as myself and TYP make out. I don't want to speak for TYP but for me there is a serious amount of talent in the Armagh squad and on paper I'd go as far as to say a top 6 side in terms of raw talent but under POR we have been no where near top 6 and that's why I'd like to see a new man in charge. For me if a player like Charlie Vernon and hes only the first example that came to mind were in Tyrone, Mickey Harte would have found a way to play him suited to his skills that would have turned him into a much better player. POR so far has been unable to do so

I really don't think so. Down performed way above themselves last year and they are playing to their potential this year which isn't fantastic. Armagh have a decent bunch of players who playing at the top of their game could probably squeeze an All Ireland Semi Final out of their game but that would be the height of it I imagine.
