Oraisteach and I are in the same boat. A maddening game this at times. Is it 4 relegated or 3?

It's usually 4, unless the commish finishes in the top 4 in Div. 2, in which case only 3 can be promoted and therefore only 3 relegated from Div. 1. Yeah, Seanie, you and I are in similar spots, high scorers languishing in the mid to bottom half of the table,  and here we are squaring off against each other in the final match of the regular season. Good luck. Sure you're fit to be tied after the Jets edged you by the slimmest of margins this past weekend. With my win, I've avoided the drop, but it's a nail biter for the 4 teams at 5-9.

On that subject, how does everyone feel about the 4 up, 4 down (note: it has been 3 up and down this past 2 years)?

The thinking is to keep things fresh but it is an extra bit of work for me and I had some thoughts about changing to 2 up, 2 down as it's only 10 team leagues?

I'd like to get the thoughts of everyone.

Happy to go with the flow as i usually languish towards the bottom of the bottom.  Hit lucky this year with the likes of Taylor.  Rossies ended my 11 game streak at the weekend.

I support 4 up 4 down. My feeling is that if you make the playoffs in Div. 2 (Walter Payton), then your reward ought to be promotion. Of course, if the commish finishes in the playoffs, then only 3 should go up since obviously the commish can't have 2 teams in the same division. Similarly, if the commish finishes in the bottom 4 of Div. 1, then only three should be relegated/promoted. Good luck. May your team beat Covid!
