Jordanstown’s normally a who’s who of inter county players, not too many on that team

Yes not too many high profile names there and apart from Ruane who is a starter for Mayo seniors that NUIG team is made up of players that hope to become established inter county players.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

I went over to the game tonight. Ruane and Darcy were best for NUIG. Jordanstown were very defensive so the forwards couldn't get any space to work in.

It would make sense to play Sigerson next week and have it wrapped up in December. Teams would be sharp after playing in the League. Sticking it in Janurary doesn't improve anything for fixtures . National League and then U20s in February.

Is it only Sigerson this year, don't see any fixtures for Trench or lower levels?

Both those draws looks horrifically lopsided; what's with group 1 of the Fitz?

I wouldn't say so, I've seen them a few times, but on the day these teams can spring results
Anything I post is not the view of the County Board!! Nobody died in the making of this post ;-)
