Ground hurling v ground Gaelic football

I was thinking more like that Kerry player who scored a great goal with a back heel a few years back. Why do we see things like that as 'soccer' when they are equally legitimate skills in the realm of Gaelic football. We should not distance ourselves from skills like that.
