Since I posted the above, The Ditch has also been tweeting how both Micheál Martin and Simon Harris had previously been denying that Irish airspace was being used for flights carrying arms to Israel. Martin stood up in the Dáil and made such an assurance in April.

Thats the same Micheal Martin who travelled to Israel and posed in a bulletproof vest in an IDF propaganda photoshoot in the early period of this genocide, lest we forget.

Indeed. But isn't there supposed to be punishment for misleading the Dáil? Can someone explain the point of the Irish peacekeeping presence on the northern border?  Every time rockets are launched they have to hide in bunkers.  They're just going to get hurt and it seems their mission is so limited that the risk isn't worth it.

There were large protests in Israel for the arrest of soldiers who raped Palestinian prisoners. I wonder how many decent people are in Israel
